How and when rewards are sent to customers?

You can navigate to Campaign>>Edit>>Events/Rewards to customize the settings and set-up for the reward disbursement. The reward to the customers are sent on the multiple events

Customers can be rewarded at multiple events. Events fall into four different categories such as

Sharing: When referrer shares the referral link with their friends.

Registration: When a referred customer registers via the referrer’s link.

Sale: When referred customer purchases from referrer’s link.

Mobile App Installation: When a referred customer installs mobile application via the link sent by their friends.

Suppose an XYZ Ltd. is running a referral program and they want their customers to be rewarded when their customers share the link with their friends and their friends' registers via the referral link. Thus, whenever there will be new registration by the referee via the referral link the rewards will be sent to the customers. 

The referral rewards and coupons to the customers can be sent in various ways by InviteReferrals:

  1. By rewarding, coupon codes can be static or can be unique for every customer.
  2. By integrating Paytm and sending cash rewards directly to the customer's wallet.
