Next, move to the Content section, where you'll find the "Write with AI" button located next to the Email Subject field. 

Click this button, and a new "Generate with AI" window will open. At first, you'll see a few example prompts in the inbox section to give you an idea of the types of prompts you can use.

Below the inbox, there's a content block where you can either write your own prompt to generate a subject line or select from several prebuilt prompts we've included for your convenience. Once ready, click "Generate" to receive subject line suggestions. The generated responses will appear in the inbox section.

You can generate multiple subject lines if needed and click "Apply" on the one you like the most.

If you're not satisfied with a generated subject line, you can click the "Regenerate" button to create a new one. Once you click "Apply" on your preferred subject line, it will automatically populate the Email Subject field. You can make manual adjustments to the subject line afterward if necessary.

To clear all the generated responses from the inbox, simply click the "Clear Results" button.

If you want to generate more than 10 responses a day, you can click the "Integrate AI Tool" button at the bottom and add your API credentials to enable unlimited generations. Currently, we support integrations with Amazon Bedrock and OpenAI ChatGPT models. Upon clicking the "Integrate AI Tool" button, you will be redirected to the integration page.

Here you can select your preferred model and enter your API credentials.

2. AI-Generated Email Content

Similarly, just like with the subject line, you can also generate the body content for your email using AI. To do this, select either the drag-and-drop editor or the rich text-based editor. 

While in the editor, click the "Write with AI" button at the top. 

A "Write with AI" window will appear, where you can follow the same process described for generating subject lines to create your email content.

Once the content is generated, you can simply copy it and paste it into your rich text editor or into a specific content block within the drag-and-drop editor. After pasting, you can make any manual adjustments to the content if needed to better match your email’s style or messaging.

3. AI-Powered Language Conversion

Lastly, our AI email content generator tool also offers the ability to translate email content or subject lines into different languages, allowing you to effectively target international audiences. To do this, simply paste your content into the AI generator and use our prebuilt prompt, "Translate content to [language]", replacing the word language with the language of your choice.
